DESCRIPTION:What if we developed a Federated network that was intentionally
 ... not connected to the internet?\n\nAn off-line first\, off-grid network
...\n\nWhere limited range and high degrees of locality were a feature to
help build connections between neighbors?\n\nWhere slow and possibly infre
quent\, sporadic connectivity between neighborhoods was a design intention
\, maybe even a special occasion?\n\nWhere information could be delivered
by bicycle\, or seriously\, why not carrier pidgeon?\n\nThere is free soft
ware to make this possible already\, time to put the pieces together!
